Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the rules for purchasing and using online courses offered by T&T Studio Tetiana Lukianchykova, al. Piastów 66, 70-332 Szczecin, Poland, NIP: 8522682534, REGON: 522093569, website: ttk-studio.com.

Before making a purchase, the Customer must read these Terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance.

§ 1. Definitions

To access the Service, the Customer must register a Customer Account on the Site, including:

The contract is concluded when registration is completed, confirmed by email.

The Customer must provide true and current data. Anonymous or pseudonymous purchase is not allowed.

§ 3. Payments

Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Payments are made via PayPal. By choosing electronic payment, the Customer accepts the payment provider's terms. Upon request, the Seller issues an electronic invoice.

§ 4. Access to the course

Access is granted for 90 days from activation and expires automatically. The Customer is not required to repurchase. The Seller may change prices without affecting previous orders.

§ 5. Copyright

The course may include videos, audio, presentations, live webinars, or PDF files. Content is copyrighted and owned by the Seller. Commercial use, resale, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.

§ 6. Right of withdrawal

The Consumer may withdraw within 14 days by sending a statement to the Seller's email. Not applicable if access started with Customer consent before the deadline. Refund within 14 days via same payment method.

§ 7. Complaints

The Seller guarantees the course is free of defects. Complaints must be sent to luktina78@gmail.com with Customer details and issue description. Response within 14 days.

§ 8. Personal data protection

The data controller is T&T Studio Tetiana Lukianchykova. Data is processed for order fulfillment, Customer support, tax and accounting compliance, and – with consent – marketing. Customers have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, and object. Data is not transferred outside the EEA except with subcontractors under GDPR-compliant safeguards.

§ 9. Final provisions

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time. They must use courses according to the law and Terms. The Seller may amend Terms; previous contracts apply the version at purchase. Disputes are resolved in the Seller's competent court, except for Consumer disputes governed by law. Applicable law: Polish law, Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, GDPR.
